Best value in town! Forest Gate is Single Student Housing located just a few blocks from Utah State University. Contracts run year-round starting at $3800, or Summer contracts are available from May-August starting at $600. The rent includes furniture, high speed Comcast internet and cable TV. The security deposit is $200 ($75 non-refundable). Choose from our individually key-locking private rooms in spacious three or four bedroom apartments. There is a coin-operated laundry facility on the property and the three bedroom apartments have washer/dryer hookups.
